Berkshire Bike & Board

Sauna + Cold Plunge Tuesdays at Berkshire Bike & Board

We’re cranking up recovery season! Every Tuesday in May, the Berkshire Bike & Board GB parking lot transforms into a wellness zone featuring HUHT’s wood‑fired sauna and ice‑cold plunge. Ride hard, sweat it out, chill down—repeat. All are welcome!

Powered by Berkshire Bike & Board, Tableaux Wealth, Shaker Ridge Trails, and HUHT.

📅 When: May 13, 20, 27

⏰ Time: 4-9 PM

📍 Location: Berkshire Bike & Board (29 State Rd, Great Barrington, MA 01230)

$ Cost: $30pp, 60 minute sauna + cold plunge session (walk-ins welcome). With each session you book, we’ll donate $5 to the Shaker Ridge Trail project.

How It Works

🚴 Group Ride (optional)– Roll out with the BBB crew at 5:30 PM. Any pace—just show up ready to ride.

🔥❄️ Sweat + Chill – Book a one-hour session between 4–9 PM. Step into 170 °F of wood-fired heat, then cool down in the icy plunge. Afterward, rinse off at our outdoor shower station. HUHT provides:

  • Fresh towels

  • Private changing room

  • Drinking water on site

  • Sauna-friendly for cycling bibs, swimsuits, or whatever feels right

🍽 Refuel – Enjoy a post-ride meal provided by Tableaux Wealth to keep you fueled and feeling good.

    ABOUT SHAKER RIDGE TRAILS

In fall of 2023, a Shaker Ridge Trail collaborative was formed with the objective of creating a purpose-built, mountain bike trail network in the Berkshire-Taconic region. This project aims to fill a gap in the outdoor recreational landscape by providing a centralized hub for high quality, mountain bike optimized trails in the northeast. Shaker Ridge founders will be on hand post group ride Tuesday 27th to give a brief overview of the project and answer any questions.
