We’re excited to partner with MEND for a two-week sauna pop-up celebrating their new location.

This experience will be fully led by the MEND team — designed to bring the community together through heat and connection.

What to Expect:

Duration: 1 hour sauna

• Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment:

  • Relax in the lounge with a warm neck wrap, a cup of tea, and refreshing water.

• Robe provided

  • A 1940s vintage robe from Japan, woven from natural fibers and dyed using traditional plant-based pigments.

• Sauna + cold plunge

  • A dedicated sauna host will guide your experience — offering aromatherapy-infused löyly (steam) and ice-cold eucalyptus face towels between rounds.

  • Wood-fired authentic Finnish sauna - 170-200*
