Join us for a sauna and cold plunge hosted in the courtyard of ROOMS & WORKS.

A wood-fired traditional Finnish sauna and cold plunge is onsite to offer the hottest turn-key wellness amenity for tenants of ROOMS & WORKS, Pilgrim Lofts, and Stedman Lofts.

$15 per person, 45 minutes

Know Before You Go

House Rules

(1) No shoes inside the sauna. (2) Sit on a towel (3) No drinks other than water permitted inside the sauna

What to bring

We recommend a swimsuit, (2) towels, water bottle, and optional robe/slippers. Breathable athletic attire is also fine

Arrive early

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session to get settled.

Hydrate well

Drink plenty of water before and after your sauna.
