The Berkshire Pond Hockey Classic is an annual celebration of community, whole-body health, and the pure joy of hockey played on a natural, frozen lake. Friends gather, bonfires crackle, and the sounds of winter fill the air for a truly unforgettable pond hockey experience.

This year, HUHT will be onsite offering free public sauna sessions, inviting players, supporters, and neighbors to warm up, recharge, and connect in the spirit of community.

This beloved community tradition is one of the Berkshires’ must-attend winter events.

What to Expect:

• Cycles of sauna heat only

• Benefits including detox, circulation boost, stress release, and mental clarity

• A supportive, social setting where you can unwind, recharge, and reconnect

• Great views of the community playing hockey

What to Bring:

• Swimsuit (or any comfortable clothing)

• Towels (bring your own if you can)

• Water bottle (stay hydrated!)

• Flip-flops or easy-on shoes for moving between sauna & plunge

• Dry change of clothes for afterward (we’ll have a private changing room)
