1. Reserve your spot or walk up
You can book ahead or join us on-site if space is available. Sauna at PS21 is open to everyone.
2. Check in e
Head to the HUHT at PS21. The PS21 team will guide you through the setup, waivers, and what to expect during your session.
3. Warm up in the wood-fired sauna
Enjoy an authentic Finnish-inspired sauna heated with real wood. Sessions are 60 minutes. If there isn’t a full booking after you, feel free to stay longer.
4. Cold plunge (optional)
For those seeking full contrast therapy, cold plunging will be at the natural pond
5. Relax, recharge, and reconnect
Stay present, breathe deep, and enjoy the calm of winter!

If there’s no session booked after yours, you’re welcome to extend your stay.
What to bring
We recommend a swimsuit, towel, water bottle, and warm layers. Breathable athletic attire is also fine
Arrive early
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session to get settled.
Hydrate well
Drink plenty of water before and after your sauna.
Health considerations
If you’re pregnant, have heart conditions, or are sensitive to heat or cold, talk to your doctor before participating.
Follow “Sweatiquette”
Be mindful of heat levels, noise, and shared space so everyone has a great experience.
