$ Cost: $30pp, 60 minute sauna + cold plunge session (walk-ins welcome)
How It Works
🔥❄️ Sweat + Chill – Book a one-hour session between 10A-4 PM. Step into 170 °F of wood-fired heat, then cool down in the icy plunge. Afterward, rinse off at our outdoor shower station.
🍽 Refuel – Enjoy a post-sauna meal at Bistro Box to keep you fueled and feeling good.

Come Clean: Please shower or rinse off before your session.
No Alcohol or Smoking: Refrain from alcohol or smoking prior to or during your session.
Always Sit on a Towel: If you don't have a towel, we will provide one.
Stow Away Your Belongings: You will have a chance to securely store your phone, wallet, etc., in our changing room.
Bring Your Own Towel: If you prefer, you can bring your own towel.
Wear Sauna Attire: Please wear your sauna attire (workout or swimwear) underneath to easily disrobe. A changing room will also be onsite.
